I reached out to support and, to their credit, they did respond. Unfortunately, the response wasn’t exactly what I’d call helpful. More like a polite way of saying, “Good luck with that.” So yeah, if you’re hoping for actual solutions, maybe keep your expectations comfortably low.

"Great prices compared to other pet stores!!"
I ended up ordering from Homes Alive because their prices were better than a few other pet sites I checked. Shipping was totally fine too, so overall I’m happy with the experience!! I’ll probably check here first next time I need pet stuff.

I ordered online and picked it up in store a couple days later. The email updates were clear enough, at least I think so, because I didn’t have any trouble figuring out when to go in. The staff found my order quickly once I got helped. I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to wait at the counter for a bit since it was busy, though maybe I’m just being a little impatient. It wasn’t a big deal overall, and I’d definitely use the pickup option again.

In my experience, the service was really easy to deal with. I had a question about my order and sent them a message, i wasn’t expecting to hear back that fast. They replied the same day and actually answered my question clearly.
I also needed to change one item, and from my point of view, they handled it without any fuss. No back-and-forth or making it complicated, which I appreciated. Overall, I was happy with how it went

At first I thought the sale prices looked decent, but once I compared them with a few other stores, they really weren’t that much lower. To me, the promo felt a bit underwhelming overall, and once shipping was added in, it kind of took away from the savings.

I’ve ordered from homesalive.ca a few times now, the rewards program has been a pleasant little plot twist.

I was fully expecting the usual “collect points until the end of time” situation, but nope. I actually used mine on dog food and saved some money, which felt dramatic in the best way because pet stuff is wildly expensive right now.

Checkout was simple, the points showed up without me having to send a single desperate email, and everything just worked. Not life-changing, but definitely worth it, and I’ll keep ordering here.

I ordered a few pet items from homesalive.ca, and the stock info was mostly right. Everything I chose showed as in stock, and most of it shipped out without any problems. One item did take a little longer than I was expecting, but it still came through and didn’t get cancelled or anything. Overall, it was a good experience, I just wish the shipping timing had been a bit clearer, if that makes sense.

I was able to find what I needed on homesalive.ca, but the site felt a bit slow at times and the filters weren’t always as easy to use as I expected. I’ve shopped on a few pet supply sites before, and this one works fine, but browsing around could definitely be smoother. "Packed well, but wow, so much filler"
My order showed up in good shape, so credit where it’s due, nothing was broken, nothing leaked, and the box itself was nice and sturdy. But the amount of filler for the size of the items was kind of ridiculous. I get wanting to protect the products, but at some point it feels like I’m unpacking a treasure chest just to get to a couple small things. Overall, good experience, just maybe ease up on the extra packing material a bit.

A few things I usually buy elsewhere weren’t there, and what made it more confusing was the email made it sound like there would be more options than what I actually found. I looked around for a bit but ended up giving up.
